Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 10, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Mneros LLC ("Mneros," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit mneros.com (the "Site") or use our products and services, including our Content Trends product (together, the "Services"). It also describes the choices and rights you have.

Mneros is the controller of the personal information described in this policy. If you have questions, contact us at hello@mneros.com.

2. The short version

Our Services produce intelligence about content and cultural trends — not profiles of individual social-media users. We build that intelligence from aggregate signals drawn from official platform interfaces and publicly available sources. We collect only the personal information we need to run the Site, provide the Services, respond to you, and improve what we build. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Information we collect

4. How we collect information

We collect information you give us directly (registration, forms, correspondence), automatically as you use the Site and product (through cookies, server logs, and analytics), and from official platform interfaces and public sources in the course of producing aggregate trend intelligence.

5. How we use information

Where required by law, we rely on a lawful basis for each use — typically performance of our agreement with you, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Services, your consent, or compliance with a legal obligation.

6. AI models and your content

We use your Input and Output to provide the Services and to maintain and improve them, which can include developing and enhancing our AI models. Where we use content to improve our models, we work with it in an aggregated or de-identified form wherever practicable. You can ask us to stop using your content to train or improve our models by emailing hello@mneros.com, and we will honor that request subject to applicable law. We do not use the personal data of everyday social-media users to build individual profiles.

7. Cookies & analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, secure the Services, and understand usage so we can improve. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the Site works.

8. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not permit our service providers to use it for their own purposes.

9. Platform & public data

Where we access data through third-party platform APIs or public sources, we do so under those sources' developer or usage terms and use the data only as those terms permit. We honor the deletion and revocation requirements of the platforms we integrate with.

10. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including to provide the Services and to meet legal, tax, accounting, or reporting requirements. When it is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

11. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, and we limit access to those with a business need. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Your rights & choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. U.S. state residents (for example, in California) may have the right to know what we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" — note that we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are commonly defined. To exercise any right, email hello@mneros.com; we may need to verify your identity and will respond within the period required by law.

13. International users

We operate in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you understand your information may be processed in the U.S., where data-protection laws may differ from those in your location. Where required, we put appropriate safeguards in place for such transfers.

14. Children

The Services are intended for businesses and professionals and are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

15. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites and services we don't control. Their privacy practices are their own; we encourage you to read their policies.

16. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll revise the "last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice.
