Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 10, 2026
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Mneros LLC ("Mneros," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit mneros.com (the "Site") or use our products and services, including our Content Trends product (together, the "Services"). It also describes the choices and rights you have.
Mneros is the controller of the personal information described in this policy. If you have questions, contact us at hello@mneros.com.
2. The short version
Our Services produce intelligence about content and cultural trends — not profiles of individual social-media users. We build that intelligence from aggregate signals drawn from official platform interfaces and publicly available sources. We collect only the personal information we need to run the Site, provide the Services, respond to you, and improve what we build. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Information we collect
- Identity & contact data — your name, email address, and (optionally) company or handle, when you register, request access, or submit an inquiry.
- Account & profile data — your login credentials, settings, and the brand or workspace configuration you set up in the product.
- Content you provide ("Input") — the brand details, prompts, preferences, and goals you enter so the product can generate trend reads and content ideas for you.
- Generated results ("Output") — the trend intelligence and content ideas the Services return to you based on your Input.
- Technical & usage data — IP address, device and browser type, time zone, and information about how you interact with the Site and product, collected automatically through logs, cookies, and similar technologies.
- Communications data — messages you send us and your communication preferences.
- Trend & content signals — aggregate trend data and content metadata we ingest from official platform APIs and publicly published sources, used to produce insights about cultural and format trends. This category is about content patterns, not identifying individuals.
4. How we collect information
We collect information you give us directly (registration, forms, correspondence), automatically as you use the Site and product (through cookies, server logs, and analytics), and from official platform interfaces and public sources in the course of producing aggregate trend intelligence.
5. How we use information
- To provide, operate, secure, and maintain the Site and Services.
- To create the trend intelligence and content ideas you request.
- To improve our Services and the AI models that power them (see Section 6).
- To communicate with you — responding to inquiries, sending service notices, and, where permitted, product updates you can opt out of.
- To protect against fraud and misuse and to comply with legal obligations.
Where required by law, we rely on a lawful basis for each use — typically performance of our agreement with you, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Services, your consent, or compliance with a legal obligation.
6. AI models and your content
We use your Input and Output to provide the Services and to maintain and improve them, which can include developing and enhancing our AI models. Where we use content to improve our models, we work with it in an aggregated or de-identified form wherever practicable. You can ask us to stop using your content to train or improve our models by emailing hello@mneros.com, and we will honor that request subject to applicable law. We do not use the personal data of everyday social-media users to build individual profiles.
7. Cookies & analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, secure the Services, and understand usage so we can improve. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the Site works.
8. How we share information
- Service providers. We share information with vendors who process it on our behalf — for example hosting and infrastructure, database and authentication, email delivery, form processing, and analytics — under obligations to protect it and use it only for us.
- Legal & safety. We may disclose information where required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Mneros, our users, or the public.
- Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction; we will require the recipient to honor this policy.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not permit our service providers to use it for their own purposes.
9. Platform & public data
Where we access data through third-party platform APIs or public sources, we do so under those sources' developer or usage terms and use the data only as those terms permit. We honor the deletion and revocation requirements of the platforms we integrate with.
10. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including to provide the Services and to meet legal, tax, accounting, or reporting requirements. When it is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
11. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, and we limit access to those with a business need. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Your rights & choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. U.S. state residents (for example, in California) may have the right to know what we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" — note that we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are commonly defined. To exercise any right, email hello@mneros.com; we may need to verify your identity and will respond within the period required by law.
13. International users
We operate in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you understand your information may be processed in the U.S., where data-protection laws may differ from those in your location. Where required, we put appropriate safeguards in place for such transfers.
14. Children
The Services are intended for businesses and professionals and are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
15. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites and services we don't control. Their privacy practices are their own; we encourage you to read their policies.
16. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll revise the "last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice.
